The very big picture

There is a human colony ship that crashes on an Alien planet. This planet turns to be invaded by a new savage species (the Ch'thda) some time ago who destroyed the the original inhabitants (the Lynir) of the planet.

When the human crash they initially don't know the history and only try to survive and fix their ship. Soon they will meet the Ch'thda and find out more about the history from the leftovers of the Lynir civilization. The human must defend themselves against the Ch'thda in a strugle for survival. To make things more complex it seems creations of the Lynir call E-Ch'thda have are also inhabiting the planet. They are modified Ch'thda that fight the original Ch'thda but are uncontrolled.

As human gather more information and get closer to leaving the planet it becomes clear that the Ch'thda won't stop at this planet but will move on in the near future. One of the next planets in line for an invasion is Earth... what will the humans do?
